Court Hearings (Cambridgeshire)
£360.00 including VAT per hearing
All fees include VAT
TRIALS:-
Wherever possible we will try to agree a fixed fee with our clients in advance of their trial. For criminal offences these fees will typically be between £600.00 and £1200.00. In more complex cases we will charge an hourly rate which is £150.00 plus VAT per hour.
For cases outside Cambridgeshire we will agree a fixed fee based on the figures set out above but with an additional fee to reflect the extra travelling involved. For details please call us on 01733 311472 to discuss.
Our specialist team of Criminal Defence Solicitors all live no more than a 10 minute drive from Thorpe Wood Police Station. So regardless of the time – both day and night – once you have asked for us to attend then you can rest assured that there will be absolutely no delay in us arriving.
It remains a crucial fact that everyone who is “arrested” or attends the Police Station for a “voluntary interview” is entitled to see a Solicitor free of charge or obtain free legal advice while at the Police Station. This is a legal fact that covers even the most trivial of offences.
